At Giunti al punto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track your refund status in real-time.
